The Clifton Park Village Cemetery was formed on July 10th, 1905.

Pricing:

Lots:
Each lot is of size 4 feet by 10 feet. Cornerstones are required to be purchased to mark the lot.  Only one pair of cornerstone is required for lots purchased in multiples that are side by side. One lot can be used for one full interment and up to two cremations.
4x10 lot: $800
One pair of cornerstones: $125

Interments:
Adult Interment: $1000
Cremation burial: $400
Child Interment (age 12 and under): $400

Foundations:
All stone and plaques must have foundations installed by the association.  No outside vendors shall perform this work without written consent of the association.  
Foundation 15" wide and up to four feet: $400, $125 extra for every foot over four feet.
Military stone/Flat stone up to 4" foundation: $250, military stones used as a head stone will be raised above ground.   
Military stone foot markers: $175, military stone used a foot marker shall be raised 1" above ground.

​Rules and Regulations: December 2024
​Flowers and tasteful decorations may be placed on lots
No new or replacement shrubs
No planting more than 12” from stones
No planting in back of stones
No memorial trees are to be planted
Owners are responsible to yearly trimming of their shrubs
Non-maintained shrubs will be removed at the discretion of the association
All flowers, wreaths, or other decorations shall be removed from lots as they become unsightly, at the discretion of the association
Dog walking is permitted. Dogs must be leashed, and all droppings must be cleanup up by the pet owner
Spring clean-up will commence April 1 (weather permitted)
Fall cleanup will commence by the second Saturday in November (weather permitted)

Restrictions on Lots:
NO GLASS OR CERAMIC VASES
(They will be removed and discarded)
Non-maintained vases and containers will be removed at the discretion of the association
No crushed stone, brick, chips, marble chips, etc.
No fences or retaining walls without prior approval of the association            

Vehicles and Other Restrictions:
5 MPH speed limit
Vehicles musty stay on the road way
No snowmobiles, ATVs or skateboarding
