Friends of Clifton Park Village Cemetery Donation Form

The Clifton Park Village Cemetery was founded June 10th, 1905.  If you have family or friends intermed within the cemetery grounds, enjoy taking walks through the grounds, or just want to help see a 100 year old establishment continue and thrive in an era where small cemeteries struggle, please consider supporting this small community cemetery.  Any amount is appreciated.   Please share with friends and relatives!

The Clifton Park Village Cemetery Association is charged 1.5% for all donations submitted through this donation form.  We understand that donors may want 100% of their donation to make its way to the association.
